Who do you turn to first when you're feeling crappy?


When you're filled with anxiety and self-doubt, who's right there in your corner with you? Who's on your team, cheering you on and reassuring you that YOU'VE GOT THIS AND YOU'RE FABULOUS?


Maybe your best mate? Your partner? Perhaps your coach or therapist? Me?


How about YOU?


Are YOU on your team? Do YOU act as your own cheerleader? Are YOU giving yourself the reassurance you need - a loving squeeze and a reminder that you're brilliant? If not, why not?

I'm not saying you don't need support from others - that's important and wonderful too. Let's face it - this entire post about learning to love yourself is intended to give you a little help from me.


But unless it starts with YOU supporting you, other people's praise and appreciation will probably fall on deaf ears - what a waste!
